Dua Lipa (born in London) is an English singer and songwriter who was born on August 22 1995 in London United Kingdom. After working as a fashion model, she decided to join Warner Bros Records and release her debut album titled "Dua Lipa" in 2017. The album peaked at third place on the U.K. Albums Chart and was followed by eight singles which included Be The One I.D.G.A.F as well as the U.K. number-one track New Rules which peaked at number six within the United States. Lipa's album, which has now been certified platinum in a variety of countries around the world has won two Brit Awards (in the year of 2018) in the categories of British Female Single Artist as well as British Breakthrough act. Dua Lipa was the daughter of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London Born on the 22nd of August, 1995. The maternal grandparents of her are Bosnian.
